Looking to return or exchange?

We are, of course, happy to help you with a return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please do the following:

• Make sure your items will be returned within 30 days of delivery 

• Ensure that items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached 

• Send us an email, support@woolpower.com, with your order number, the name of the item you'd like to return, reason for the return or exchange and a photo if the reason for return is that the item is damaged. Please understand that items damaged by use will not be accepted nor will items that have pilled (for more on this, visit our FAQs page)

We will respond to your request within 48 business hours.
